How Should Acute Groin And Pelvic Pain Be Treated?

I am female, 61yrs. had heart cath.in Jan.this year. Had complication with bleeding after, small pseudoaneurysm/hematoma. They did these compresses and the artery sealed and i 'should' be fine. But i am feeling awful. I have very deep pain in the groin where they entered and it goes all across the pelvic. It makes me feel very drained also.
Pain med.does very little..helps pain some, but i just don't feel well at all! I got them do do a ct of pelvic and abdomen and all is well there!
I am sooosick, and so miserable. I am at a loss, and the doctors don't seemingly care. I'm not able to function 'physically' through my days well at all! Any ideas as to what more I could ask the doctors to do? PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN! THANK YOU!
