Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...
i am facing difficulty while breathing.
my family Dr. told me it is bcause of sinus.
he has given me tab of xygel . from last 15 days i am taking it.
but there is no signufanct results. dont know wat to do.
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. Sinusitis can cause bronchitis (inflammation of airways) and this causes breathing difficulty. So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). PFT will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only. You will need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone). Don't worry, you will be alright with all these. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
