How Should Ear Tinnitus And Bleeding, Nose Blockage, Cough Be Treated?

Hi, i have had a flu for over a week with extreme throat pain lots of coughing, i took a medicine for sore throat and my throat is better now, however my ears drumming and it has bleeded twice since yesterday, my nose is still blocked and Iam still have tickly coughs, Should i wait until tomoro to go to a doctor, and in the meanwhile is there any way i can treat myself at home?
