How Should Feet And Hands Itching Caused By Fertilizer Poisoning Be Treated?

Help...I had my yard fertilized...nitrogen, sulfur, insects, grubs, broadleaf etc. I waited the 24 hours...watered it in...two days later I walked out into the yard (bare feet) for maybe 5-10 minutes and I also pulled back and rolled up the hose. Maybe 4 hours later my feet started to itch like I have never itched before, and so did my hands where I used them (the insides) to pull back the hose. I took a good shower, still itches...I put that Calamyne (spelling) lotion on it...helps for maybe an hour or two. What can I do...I do not have insurance...Bill
