How Should Fibromyalgia Causing Breast, Back And Shoulder Pain, Dizziness Be Treated?

they say I have fibermylgia so I dont know if this is something I should worry about or not. For the last three to four months I have been having reacuring pain in my left side around my breast, and in my back around my shoulder blade. Today it seemed to be alittle worse. my hands and Face got really hot and red, when that went away my side, back and chest hurt up by my shulder blade the pain went down my arm and to my finger tip. I felt weird, and dizzy. They pain slowly went away, ?
