How Should Massive Legs Lumps With Aneurysms Be Alternatively Treated?

Dear Dr. Shelly My husband had surgery on both his leg's a few years back. He has had problems with hard round ball like lumps in both his legs !
Now he has a large mass in the upper inner part of his legs .To me it feels like a bunch of jumbled vaines !
I made an appointment with another Dr. The Dr. told my husband that the hard balls weren't normal They were aneurysms And the huge masscould be operated on to try an remove some of the mass But he could lose a leg or worse
He said they could use a coda bras vaines But they only last two years .I offered mine But I am B posative and he's A posative .
Isn't there a new technique or some new information that can help my husband ?
