How To Control Hair Fall?

Hello doctor i have just completed my studies and i am going to join a company.My major prob is hair loss.My hair is dropping a lot. Even if i leave my hair open for few minutes floors will be full of hair and i also have split ends.I have tried many shampoos and now finally i am using garnier fructis fall fight shampoo for the past 2 weeks but didnt have any reduce in hair fall.It will be helpfull for me if you give me some suggestions.
