my mother is suffering from back problemmother name:- savita sharmagender :- femaleage:- 55 in year 2002 my mother has a spinal cord operation because in his spinal cord column l5 is above the skin that combine spinal cord column l5 and l5 and due this she has immense pain and its lower portion of legs don't work at that time and after operation she is fine now when she work little work or pick some heavy weight she have same problem of back pain and leg pain and when pain occur she eat pain killer or give hot water pad.after operation doctor suggest them for physiotherapy and medicine like gala55 and winofit and some painkiller are given .do my mother again have to start physiotherapy or i say mother to not do task of house hold. or which medicine should be given. please help. or what kind of diet should be given i am in great tension when my mother is in pain and in pain she cant walk
