Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Heart burn may be due to acid reflux. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking, and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Elevate the head end of the bed while sleeping.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your gastroentrologist who will do endoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
