How To Cure Neuro Muscle Problem After Brain Tumor Surgery?

I underwent (brain tumor-benign) excision surgeries, couple of times during the years – 2005, 2006 and 2007. With the final surgery (May 2007) I am experiencing severe neuro-muscular (unbearable & rigid) stiffness in the rear of my neck may be due to some mishap during the surgery, which results in heavy discomfort and makes my daily-life miserable. When I squeeze and apply certain amount of pressure at a certain point ,I instantly get the required relief. But as soon as I stop, I start feeling the severe stiffness again. I feel something got tided up/hooked with the inner/middle ear as well. .So I always used to keep pull this particular area with one hand to minimize the suffering..I underwent various kinds of treatments such as acupuncture, massaging, physiotherapy etc but all have resulted unsatisfactory. Some mechanical movement like pressing/pinching/pulling at a specific location, makes a great difference. Please suggest an appropriate doctor to rectify my problem.
