I am a 48 year woman and I'm 5ft 3in,I weigh 9 stones,I'm in good health generally.A year ago i hurt my neck through sleeping on the wrong pillow.I saw a physio and he gave me some exercises to do,and after that all seemed well.
About six weeks ago I started getting pins and needles in my right hand and right foot,one night a veins in my right hand went deep blue and the ends of my fingers went blue,I exercised my arm and by the next morning it had gone.I'm still getting pins and needles in ym foot and hand
