How To Cure Stiffness In Neck,shoulder And Back,numbness In Hand?

I have been feeling really stiff on my neck and upper back, more on the shoulders. Hands feel numb at times and bad headaches. Also, today, I was at a basketball game and I was really screaming, but I felt like I was going to faint. That never happened before. Please, tell me what can this be. Thank you.
