How To Cure Trapped Nerve On The Side Of Right Forehead ?

I m female, 48, 8 and half stone and in good health. I have had two head scans (one MRI, the other Cat scan)and one MRI neck scan for an ongoing problem no one can diagnose. The Neurologist seems to think the problem was coming from my neck area, which makes a lot of sense due to the impact. I was pushed into a brick wall approx 4 years ago and suffered something I can only describe as a trapped nerve on the side of my right forehead and tenderness on my right cheek. It comes and goes and tends to get worse if I m stressed. My Chiropractor treatment helps a lot but it always returns to haunt me. Some days I have to bare this strange feeling for 24 hours. My neck has weakened and now I need constant Chiro treatment which honestly I can t afford. I need a solution and fast please as it s been going on for too long now and no one has the answers.
