How To Cure White Patches All Over On The Body?

I m having white patches on my body at different parts from several years, i have done treatment of uva light procedure for years, which almost made half patches removed, but one i have on my head.diameter of that patches is aroung half inch. so i want to do surgery on it....i want ur suggestion in this regard, whr and how i can do this. i m from mumbai, india..
