How To Deal With Swallowed Chicken Piece Stucked In?

I am 34 years old. I choked on a piece of chicken and managed to swallow it. Immediately after swallowing, my right ear and my throat started to hurt. For the past two days, I feel like there is a something stuck on my right side of chest. I am able to breathe, but when I speak too much or laugh, the right side of the chest starts to hurt. It feels like a bad sore throat, except in the chest area. It bothers me even swallowing saliva.
