hi doc,

from my biopsy test, i was made known that i'm suffering lichen spinulosus. it started with a small pacth on my right upper hand and after 3 years, almost all my body parts being covered with it. tried sacylic acid, AHA, oil pulling, exfoliate using sugar and VCO, taking Vit A & D, omega 3, 6, 9 etc but it spreads through the whole body. none of my family has this kind of skin disorder. my eating habit is imbalance as i dont like eating meat, chicken, fish etc. i rely mostly on anchovies, eggs, rice, prawns, crabs, potatoes for my entire life. im 34 years old, asian female. seek your kind advice on how to overcome the skin disorder. thanks so much
