How To Get Rid Of Painful Bumps In Between The Buttocks?

I am a 22 year old female and I have painful bumps in between my buttcheeks and I do not know how to get rid of them. I have had them for about a week and it hurts to have bowel movenments and wipes as well. I think it could be razor burn because I do shave there sometimes. how do I get rid of these they hurt?

I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here and I could say that it could be infective boils it may be abscess formation, do not try to tempered it.
It must be in sated of induration only and may not be actual puss formation, I would suggest to have anti-inflammatory drug only to control the pain and inflammation, if the condition becomes verse then see the surgeon, you can even try hot water fermentation, take care for good hygiene.
