I have bright reddish, purple raw skin on both elbows and have had for over 8 months. Dr. gave me prescrip for a cortisteroid cream, it helped for couple days, then back to raw, read and bleeding slightly, since I have now noticed some small scabbing. Vasoline Petroleum Jelly reduces dryness, but increases redness and rawness.

I am now trying a product called Cure'l for extra dry skin.

It is keeping skin soft, but not sure if it is working. Any help appreciated.
