How To Handle With A PND Situation In A Person?

My daughter has cerebral palsy. She is 31. I have kept her well for all these years. There are two problems. One, she has a PND. She gags and throws up. I have been to 6 or 8 doctors who told me nothing. She takes seizure medicine. I try to give it to her after she. is finished meals. She just threw up and her seizure meds were among them. I honestly do not know what to do. She has not had a seizure since she was 10. No one knows what to do about PND. Give me some advice. #2 CP people have trouble going to the bathroom (BM). She never had a problem until last month. I do not want to start with laxitives. I give her prune juice and fresh fruit (apples, pears, plums, grapes, etc.) I put them in the blender and freeze them. I mix them with her meds. She is still constipated. I tried miralax, but I do not want to make a habit of it. Genesis used to make something called 4 fiber, which worked, but they took it off the market. I am lost. PS, my daughter walks with a walker, and she goes to a PT who has her standing. I do PT with her everyday. Please give me some words of wisdom. Thanks. Mary Farrell
