How To Heal The Nasal Septum?

After having insufflated mephadrone quite a bit over the past year, I'm worried that part of my bridge is weakened and thinner, and the nasal lining is constantly dry and sore. The damaged area is very sensitive and can give me a sudden headache across my forehead and temples. I have stopped using it completely now, but could it deteriorate further into a collapsed septum, even with no further use?
What can I do to help it heal and will it recover?
Many thanks
