I want to lose weight. I have tried eating healthy for the past onths, and nothing work.s I have started eating a lot less. I'm not starving myself, but im only eating when i cant bear it anymore and i only eat a little bit. Will this make me gain weight?

Follow small frequent meal system stick to less quantiy of cereals following serving exchanges.
Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits.
Avoid fatty foods, butter, ghee, cream cheese. fried foods, processed foods, sweetened drinks, juices.
