How To Prevent Progressive Scleroderma?

Hi, I'm so upset about my future. I'm a 30 year old woman currently pregnant as a single mom. I am very worried I'm developing progressive scleroderma. Before I got pregnant, I had mild hypothyroidism (on Synthroid), Reynaud's, and postive ANA (nucleolar pattern 1:320). I've had positive ANA my whole life. In high school, they came in at 1:160. My symptoms are puffy and hot hands and feet, sore tendons, GERD, Reynaud's, occasionally burning and itching sensations. My mom has had Reynaud's for a while and has RA antibodies, but these haven't really affected her. I've had Reynaud's for 4-6 years. It comes and goes. I've never been diagnosed with anything, but it seems inevitable that I'll get scleroderma from what I've read. Can you advise? I'm so scared.
