How To Reduce Swelling In Nose?

Hi, my nose has been swollen for a long time now & I don't know what to do. I think it might have been damaged do to my cat scratching it a few times & also I use to pitch it a lot cause I never liked how it looked. I would accidentally bump into things too which cause it to get worse & more swollen. My nose would bleed a lot & I tried using ice on it but nothing has been working. I even went to a few doctors but they didn't really do anything. I just want my nose fixed & the swelling to go down. Do u know anyway to bring down the swelling in my nose & do u think that my nose has been permanently damaged? & can a shot be injected in my nose to bring down the swelling?
