How To Remove The Scars From Face?

Good day Pls,,,i was hit with a bucket on the face abt 3months ago,had 1 deep mark that required stich,but didnt stich and 2 other normal marks, which iv been treating to a barable level,,but the mark stil visible (am light brown skinned)living mark pinky red,pls how do i avoid a long scar and get rid of the marks on face
