How To Treat A Recurring Skin Abscess?

hello I am 42 years old, 5-9 about 150 pounds, I have congestive heart failure and stay severely anemic among many other problems...I had a cabg done 10/2008, and then contracted mrsa in the incision, have been back to or several times as well as debridment and partial removal of sternum, had picc line and home antibiotics for over 18 months, I continue to have reoccuring abcess on chest, about every 2-3 weeks, it gets huge, then pops drains for a few days and closes, just to repeat, lately its been odd colors very bright yellow, at times, brown at others etc, and verrrry thick sometimes (like now) and other times it is like regular yellow but very watery... when will this ever end or will it? What is the difference in the different types of pus coming from it? The abcess itself seems to continuously move closer and closer to my throat area, it started closer to between my breasts...twice in the last few months the actual abcess got so big it reached my neck area i could barely swallow... what is going on?
