How To Treat A Wound In Hand?

I have a wound on my hand that may have started from a flat wart that I scratched off. It has been oozing with clear liquid for several days. Tried triple antibiotic cream, peroxide, and melaleuca oil with and with out bandage. Now, without bandage, everytime it gets wet, it continues to ooze clear liquid. What should I do, cover with bandage and antibiotic or leave it open?
