How To Treat Cramps And Nausea In Periods?

Hello, I've been sick for the past week and a half and this is right before my period as well, which is getting more painful cramps... Right now, I've been feeling sick, slightly vomiting, but it's like I'm spitting out water. I get pains a lot around my stomach and when I eat, I start feeling sick. Could this be something serious?
