How To Treat Diffuse Disc Bulge ?

i have a diffuse disc bulge L5-S1 with mild thecal compression and L4-5 disc shows mild bulge with no significant or neural compression. Please help me. I am taking physiotherapy (traction and TENS) for last 20 days, but no good. Please help me. I am in so much pain
