How To Treat Hiatal Hernia Causing Esophageal Spasms And Pain?

i am 28 years old an was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia and esophogal spasms. i have never had stomach problems or esophogal problems before till now and all i take is liquid zantac and it really doesnt do much for the spasms. they get really painful sometimes to the point that i cry and that pains sometimes run across my chest and even under my arms and also behind my shoulder blades. they have given me liquid percocete for pain and helps sometimes but wont give it to me anymore because of fear or addiction...i just want the pains to stop and dont kno wha else to do or where to go. is there anything else i can do besides just live with the pain???
