How To Treat Loss Of Hearing In Left After A Head Injury?

Hi My name is Anthony I've been wearing an hearing in my left ear for nearly 34yrs, I'm 42 now. about a week ago I banged the back of my head on the floor after fallen over, no bleeding or hurts. That same evening I started to lose my hearing in my left ear until i couldn't hear anything. As each day came I gradually regained fall recovery by the 3rd/4th day. During these days all i hear was vibrating, hissing and causing me a headache.

Again this yesterday I was playing Cricket and during the game later on I believe possibly because I shouting encouraging the other players too raiswe their game and running around cause my hearing to go again. now I'm at work and I can't hear anything.

what it the likely caused and now it happening?

regards

Anthony
