How To Treat Migraine?

I am a 51 yo female, 2 cervical diskectomies may 11, myo clonus 4/11 continuing to present, recently dx sleep apnea w/rem disorder, hyperreflexia 4/3 and 4/4 with truncal flexion, gait imbalance, slight l hand trmor, insomnia 5+ years, sporiasis, mild bipolar and migraines for approximate five years. Clean EEG, spinal tap normal for anti bodies etc. But WBC is elevated at 22000 when rbc accounted for, episodes of double vision since last October. Dr filmed my reflex testing and walking. Considering back avg EEG. Is this parkinsons, why is my Dr not dx at this point. My typing has always been poor.( lol)
