How To Treat Neurocognitive Deficit Causing Facial Muscle Tissue Damage?

I had a Hypoxic Brain Injury aged 18 months (I am 36 now) and I sustained some Neurological damage. I have been Diagnosed with a Neurocognitive deficit. I believe that there might be some facial tissue muscle damage. I also suffer from bad panic attacks and Agoraphobia. I would like to know if there is a reason, why my face displays such extreme signs of stress and anxiety, when I am having a panic attack. I have heard that there is a chemical that acts on the facial muscles to smooth them out, and prevent the signs of stress and anxiety . Is this true, and what is it called?
