How To Treat Pain In Brain On Frontal And Occipital Lobe Due To Facial Injury?

Hi doc,I was in a car accident 13 yrs ago I suffered injury to my face,now i am feeling aches in my brain,from the frontal lobe,to the occipital lobe, what can i do about it? I went to a doc an tried to explain but she just said she doesn't understand what I am saying can you help me please?
