How To Treat Pain In Pelvic Area Close To Sacrum And Back?

I have been getting epiderals for low back pain for many years and have had many spinal issues. I thought i had an ovarian cysts on my left ovary, however turns out that is all clear, but still need hysterectomy next week for other issues. My doctor tells me the pain in my pelvic area and back pain (which I thought was a pinched syatic nerve) is actually related to my sacrum. Been told before I had a displaced sacrum by other doctors. Have had a cervical fusion due to stenosis, and 2 ulnar decompressions. Doctor says if the steroids don't work (already on second dose) and the nerve burn doesn't work, or physical therapy there is a complex operation which is painful and only 50% successful. Just trying to figure it out.
