How To Treat Pain In Pelvic Area Spreading To Right Leg?

Dear Dr. Keerthi, my brother, age 30years is suffering from pain in his pelvic area spreading to this right leg for the last few months back. I have tried various doctors in my locatlity. I have consulted with neurologist, orthopedist and our family doctor. But he is still suffering from it. We were told to get an MRI... he has been suspected with Sciatica. Do he need to have an operation? Or can he be cured with oral medications or some other forms of treatments? I would appreciated for your kind consultation. Thank you.
