A 65 years old man with a heart disease and diabetic, had a diarrhea and vomiting which stopped a week ago and it caused a severe dehydration (almost kidney failure with high levels of Urea and Creatine) in which he was admitted to a hospital and injected with fluids with a medicine for increasing BP (blood pressure) as his BP was always low. When the Urea and Creat levels reached their normal, they removed the fluids and medicine to watch his BP and it was okay (around 110/60). Immediately after leaving hospital, 3 days ago, his feet started swelling from up the feet and down the ankle, next day it was more swelling and the third day he felt general weakness and itching in the palm of his feet.
