How To Treat Tennis Elbow?

I am female, 28 years old, 170cm tall, weight - 57kg. The only real medical history I have is an allergy to Keflex, I've had 3 children naturally and my appendix taken out at 12 years. I have a very sore outer left forearm (underneath and above). It is sore to touch - the skin itself feels tingly and I feel quite phisically ill when I rub it. My left hand is weaker than usual, picking up my daughter, my arm feels very sore also. My mum suggested it could be tennis elbow, but the pain comes from the wrist/bottom half of the outside of the palm of my hand and goes all the way down to my elbow. It has gradually come on over the course of the day and progressively gotten worse. I am right handed and therefore don't really use this arm much. What could it be??
