How To Treat The Cyst In My Uterus?

Hi,

I have been on a treatment for a cyst in the right adnexa behind the uterus measuring 37x32x29 mm.

My left ovary was normal when I made the pelvic ultrasound one month ago. Today, just made ultra sound to follow up the size of the cystic mass, it's getting slightly smaller (35x30x23 mm), however the ultra sound showed that the left ovary is bulky and is occupied by a large physiological follicular cyst (40x35 mm) which was not present one month ago. I am doing a pelvic MRI soon. But my question could it possible that in one month a cyst which was nt there grows that fast while the existing cysts were there since six months and they only reached 35 mm? Thanks for clarifying this matter. It just doesn't sound logical?
