How To Treat Tingling And Dizziness Due To Head Rush?

hi, i am a 15 yr old female, i think im gettin a very bad head rush ive had them quite some time now, id say about 3 years. Sometimes when i stand up my whole body goes tingling and i go very dizzy and i will flop back down. these are getting more frequently happening more often, can you help or give me advice? thanks.
