I Am A 44y Female That Woke Up With Vertigo

I am a 44y female that woke up with vertigo that lasted 6 months. During that time I was in a mild car accident due to lapse of depth perception. I started slowly experiencing blurry vision, spatial disorientation(lasting seconds) brain fog, forgetting, dizziness, crawling/ tingling sensation on the scalp. Vertigo subsided but still get it from time to time. I was hospitalized due to moderate asymmetry on the right side of my faxe(muscles caused lifting of the face rather than drooping. MRI-MVA- cervical MRI all normal. Once stroke was ruled out the following symptoms included itching of the skin behind the ears, occasional ear pain sometimes bilateral, right side scalp tingling, and severe migraines isolated to the right side only. Pain would start at the occipital bone/neck and wrap over the head affecting the face. Nose will run non stop. Neuro-ent determined that there was vestibular damage through testing but reason unknown. I’ve seen 3 neurologists as I’m still suffering greatly and medications do not help except nurtec when the migraine is severe. My vision is getting worse and the constant mild scalp burning even without migraine is unbearable. This has changed my entire life but I still have no answers. Please help.
