I Am Currently 8 Months Pregnant. I Have Been Dealing

I am currently 8 months pregnant. I have been dealing with nasal congestion since the beginning of my 4th month of pregnancy after battling a cold. I have been to my ENT twice and he says it should go away after birth. My question is why my congestion (nasal swelling) is worse on my right side compared to my left? I do still have stuffiness on my left side. I do have a mild deviated septum that goes toward my left side. I wasn't sure if the right side was more swollen because it has a larger area to swell or what. I can see the right inferior turbinate when i look up my nose a lot of the time. During the day I have periods of being able to breathe pretty well but at night I'm up 2-3 times a night trying to get the right side of my nose to open up so i can go back to sleep. Just hoping this does go away after birth! Can't wait to get back to normal.
