Can I Use Agrisept, Bernadine, Pau D Arco, Or Oil Of Oregano For Vaginal Itching And Pain While Taking Losartan?

I am taking 25 MG Losartan and have vaginal itching and pain for over a week. Would like to know if I can take one of the following. ......Agrisept, Bernadine, Paul d Arco, oil of oregano for infection? Also it OK to take Acetaminophen for the discomfort? I am taking probiotic, green and chamomile tea, vitamin C...and Newton Candida homeopathic drops ...nothing helping.....washing with Summer s Eve (a femine wash) and applying Vagisil 3 or 4 times a day. Would appreciate your answer...do not desire an antibiotic.
