What Can I Do To Manage My Severe Abdominal Pain Given My History Of Endometriosis And Cysts?

I amTanjima Akter Liza. Age 26 years old. My husband age is 33 years old .I got married in 2016. I had a D&C in 2016/july. after that i didn t try for pregnancy till 2021/Oct. In january 2021 i did my TVS and doctor told me i have endometriotic cyst. Few months Before doing my TVS, i was suffering severe abdominal pain during my period and also in off period time. at my first TVS my cyst size was 28*23 mm in right ovary. After that i went to gynecologist. As per Doctor suggestion i Took dienogest table for 9 months (jan-sep/2021) to stop my period. After that i took Letrozole tablet for next 6 months (oct/21- march/22) for taking baby. At that time In Day 10, Day 11 and D 12 stimulates cycle -good response . But unfortunately i didn t become pregnant. After that i decided to try naturally without any medication on doctor s supervision. i tried naturally for another 9 months (april-dec/22). This time also i didn t succeeded. I did about 9 TVS during the time. My cyst size decreases over the time. In my last TVS on 17.09.2022 it shows : no evidence of solid or cystic mass lesion is seen. Bilateral midly enlarged multifollucular ovaries. On 18.10.2022 i did HSG test and it shows bilateral patent fallopian tube, normal study. My AMH is 5.07 on 07.10.2021. My period is regular. My husband s Siemens analysis is: volume 2ml, sperm count: 80M, sperm concentration: 40 ML, Total Motility:34%. At present i have two main complains: 01. I feel severe abdominal pain all the time almost 24 hours and it becomes very severe during Period time. 02. I don t have any baby. i have been trying for becoming pregnant for last 1 years and 2 months. I am getting frustrated by my body and mind. I want to get rid off my pain and by the grace of almighty i want to conceive. I am looking forward to your help. Tanjima Akter Liza
