I Have MAI, CLL, And Mild COPD. I Am 72

I have MAI, CLL, and mild COPD. I am 72 yrs old male using BREO 1x daily and Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation .083% 2x daily, Ethambutol 400 MG 4 pills - Azithromycin 500 MG 1 pill - Rifampin 300 MG 2 pills -Mon,Wed,Fri. Other meds include Allopurinol 300 MG, Tamulosin .4 MG, Nexium 40 mg 1 pill each daily.
My oncologist gives me IVIG 1x monthly and wants to start Imbruvica soon(as my new chemo drug) since I had FCR chemotherapy already in 2013 which succeeded by putting me in remission until now. Since I am on Rifampin (which will make Imbruvica 10 x less effective, they want to stop Rifampin and start Amikacin nebulizer 3x weekly. Are you aware if this regimen could be used as a worthwhile treatment for both MAI & CLL?
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ken
