I have a question , like 2 days ago i started to come down with flu or cold symptoms first it was a light headache then i started coughing after that i started to get a fever first it was 37.4 then 24 hours ago it went up to 38.3 also could night sleep a whole night i did take paracetamol for the fever but the fever went up to 39 went like 14 hours ago so i went to the drug store and got some ibuprofen that reduced the headache and i managed to fall asleep for 4 hours, woke up all sweaty but the fever was down to 37.5, but after the ibuprofen wore off it started going up again to like 38.8 took another like 1 hour ago droped it to 38 also the cough started to retreat is there anything else i should do also still sweating a lot.
