I have a renter who is out of work. She has thyroid problems. She can't get work, is very anxious about paying her bills. She says she has OCD, ADD and has IBS. I've been looking up anti-anxiety meds but don't know how that will react with her thyroid issues. She goes to a free clinic and I don't know how good they are. Her inability to find work, and my frustration of past due rent is certainly increasing her anxiety which increases her problems with IBS which makes her depressed. I'm a former LCSW and can help with certain things, but I need help to direct her. Do you have suggestions?
