I have been diagnosed with Recurrent tear of the rotator cuff tendon with retracton of the musculotendinous junction and associated atrophy of the supra- and infraspinatus muscles. Large effusion associated with the subacromial subdeltoid bursa. What should happen next when I see a surgeon.
