What Could Cause Worsening Stomach Pain Near The Navel With A Pulsing Sensation, Given A History Of Adhesions And Abdominal Surgeries?

I have been having stomach pain for a couple weeks, center/right of abdomen next to belly button. Its actually has hurt for a few years, but no conclusion, insurance denied a MRI my dr ordered a few months ago with different insurance, but now it is worse. Have had pulsing feeling in same area. History of adhesions and prior abdominal surgeries, gallbladder removed in 2008.
