I Want To Take My 7year Old Son Off Of

I want to take my 7year old son off of recent medication changes. He started taking Vyvanse 20mg roughly 3months ago and taking Abilify 2mg about 2months ago. I have seen my son take a turn for the worse and when I spoke to his doctor he suggested institutionalizing him, which I do not agree with at all! My son use to take 20mg of Ritalin daily and 2mg of Risperidone twice a day. In conjunction with this, he has also been taking clonidine 0.5 mg TID for about a year, with a few increases throughout. At this point, I just want my son off all of this medication because I am not seeing any benefit and the thought of continuously increasing medications isn't sitting well with me because at this point I feel that half of these medications simply are not agreeing with him. Can any of these medications be stopped cold turkey or do they all need to be weaned? I am a desperate single mom in need of help!
