I Was Released From The Hospital After A Severe Case

I was released from the hospital after a severe case of sepsis due to a kidney stone. Other than being excessively tired & lazy I seem to be recovering very well. But tonight I woke up with a temperature hovering around 102 f. It was 105.8f when my husband took me to the emergency room. Do I need to call my doctor,, what's a "normal" low grade fever and when do I panic?
